Made from selected grapes, it is fermented at a controlled temperature of between 25 and 28º C., with a maceration with the skins for around ten days, so that they give it a good tannic structure. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to American oak barrels where it remains for a year. After this time the wine is bottled and aged in the bottle.
Bright and intense ruby colour Intense and elegant nose. Full expression of red fruits and roasted aromas with balsamic notes. Well-structured, smooth and balanced palate, with hints of ripe cherry, medium acidity and velvety tannins.
Red meats, roast chicken, aperitifs and cheese boards.
Optimum serving temperature: 16-18ºC. We recommend decanting or aerating the wine before serving.
