Description
To obtain this dry white wine, only the free-run juice of the Airén grape is used, fermenting in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC, in order to obtain wines with great aroma and delicate flavours.

Tasting notes
Clean and bright straw-coloured with greenish hints that denote youth. On the nose it has notes of bank fruit, pear, pineapple, banana with floral hints. Refreshing on the palate, thanks to a light acidity accompanied by a fruity aftertaste.

Perfect as an aperitif, or to start an aperitif, or with prawns, squid, pickles and dressings.
