Description
From selected grapes, it is fermented at a controlled temperature of between 25 and 28ºC, macerating with the skins for around eight days, so that they give it a good tannic structure. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to American oak barrels where it remains for several months. After this time the wine is bottled and aged in the bottle for refining.
Tasting notes
Bright ruby colour with a slightly evolved rim. The nose is varietal, with aromas of red fruits that stand out over spicy and vanilla notes. On the palate it is clean, with a clear fruity flavour and a toasty finish, acquired thanks to the contact with the wood in the barrel.
Food and wine pairing
A very versatile wine. Perfect with red or white meats, such as steaks or chicken. This format of 12 bottles of 375ml is perfect for gifts, events and celebrations.
Service Recommendation
Optimum serving temperature 15-16ºC.
It is recommended to decant or aerate the wine before serving.
