Description
This wine has been made exclusively from previously selected Tempranillo grapes. For the elaboration of this wine a cold pre-maceration is carried out in order to obtain the best aromatic potential and colour components. The maceration is prolonged for five days and is devatted 2/3 of the way through fermentation so as not to force the extraction of tannin and to avoid aggressiveness in the mouth. The recently fermented wine is racked and remains at rest until malolactic fermentation is complete.
