Description
After a careful selection of the plots whose fruit will form part of the coupage of this wine, harvested at the optimum moment of ripeness, the grapes undergo a careful alcoholic fermentation in tanks at a controlled temperature, with a long maceration of the skins to obtain the maximum concentration and aromatic load. Subsequent ageing in French oak barrels for 12 months, and a further 12 months in the bottle cellar, refine and round off this wine before it is released onto the market.
