Description
Made from selected grapes, it is fermented at a controlled temperature of between 25 and 28ºC, with a maceration with the skins for around eight days, so that the skins give it a good tannic structure. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to American oak barrels where it remains for several months. After this time the wine is bottled and aged in the bottle for refining.
