To obtain this Roble White wine, only the free-run juice is used, fermenting in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC, in order to obtain wines with great aroma and delicate flavours. It is then aged in American oak barrels for 3 months.
Clean and bright straw-coloured with golden hints as a result of its ageing in barrels. On the nose notes of white fruit, pear, pineapple, banana with toasted and spicy touches. Complex on the palate, balanced by a good acidity that enhances the aftertaste.
Perfect for tasting by the glass, as you can appreciate the fruit and wood balance of a very complex white wine. Try it with rice, pasta or poultry dishes.
Best served at 10-12ºC
